Camping
Not those tent pitching at East Coast Park... Neither the gaming tactic of hiding some place to gun down unsuspecting enemies... Definitely not the army reservist camps... It's juz tat i've been thru two senior camps for the past five days, Hall and Student Union... Slacking as usual, even the activities are carried out at a lighter note... And the worst thing is tat i'm twice as black or red (actually is burnt red 1st den black) due to pool games and field games for both camps... The sun is juz a killer... Not so fun for my dear old fren tripitaka who seems to b embroiled in a hectic hostel life and not enjoying a bit of it at all... Double-edged sword i suppose... I could go on and on about the pros and cons, ups and downs, strengths and weakness, etc of hostel life, but i would rather leave it to the original author...

Series of unrelated events
Been slacking all this while, as usual... gaming, accompanying sw... nothing fruitful, except a few random events tat happen around mi recently...
Finished Digital Fortess loh... i noe it's been like a million light years since i posted the title on my Profile but i was able to finish it bcos sw was hogging playing the computer... Fast-paced, action-packed, filled wif twists and turns, definitely a superb novel, which i think will convert into movie sooner or later...
Watched Mr & Mrs Smith at Jurong Point... Fantastic movie, wif an interesting story line, humorous and witty conversations and non-stop action... and they r so COOL...

Quick, ask mi for their rating !! *showing ten fingers*
Was awakened by constant cat's meowing this morning... when i say constant, i do really mean continuous, endless, non-stop, ceaseless... discover tat a charcoal-black cat was sitting on the ledge right outside of sw's hostel bedroom whereby the ledge was 3 storeys high... to stop its irritating meowing, i had to pull up he blinds, slide right the window grilles and let it in... sw hates cats, so haf to carry out anyway...
Was watching CSI season 2, there was an episode where a man's body was found on top of a tree wearing a diving suit complete wif oxygen tank... two CSI investigators asked the coroner whether he could identify the dead body, and he juz replied "Jacques Cousteau" After the invesigators shot him wif a puzzled look for one second, the coroner sheepishly responded, "Coroner's joke", b4 revealing the results of his analysis of the body to them... Out of curiosity, i went to check up the name and an interesting fact came up...

Swimming
Having cramps and muscle pains and two blistered toes after IPPT, i haf refrained from any strenuous exercise until i was forced persuaded by sw to go swimming... We decided to venture to Jurong East Swimming Complex, since the NTU pool was often crowded by many chinese people (NOTE: i'm a chinese as well, so no offence) Well, this is the 1st time tat i actually threw my goggles in the locker, simply becos i dun need it!! Instead of swimming, i say the purpose is to go "play water"... we rent a huge round float and began our adventure at the "Wave Pool"... it is juz a gigantic pool which will generate man-made waves every hourly and lasts 15 min or so... and there it was, the scene of the movie "Titanic" right in front of my eyes, with the choppy waves and the water spray from the top of a man-made boulder...

Ok, i noe my drawing sucks... haha, so fun clinging to the float, acting as if my life depended on it... later, after all the hassle of the storm, we ended up in the "Lazy River", and let "Nature runs its course"... except tat nature comes in the form of strong flowing currents from the gushing water from the bottom of the river... so juz relax on the float and be swept along the river... straight after tat, we tried the Water Slides, the yellow one on 2nd storey and red one on 3rd storey... the yellow one is quite exciting and i came down in an instant and wif a splash... the red one lasted longer, and it's like sitting on roller coaster, but wif a float and water... Weeeeeehhh!!!
We settled down in the Jacuzzi beside the red Water Slide, and den headed to the Wave Pool for our finale... the "Competition Pool" muz b very sad cos we didn't even touch it as it rested at one corner beside the Water Slides... had KFC-cum-pizza for dinner b4 heading back hall... wat a day...
